Tekko Engineering Group ("TEKKO", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and how we protect it.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, organisation, email address, telephone number (optional), the service and industry you select and your message. We also record the date and time of the enquiry and technical data such as a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser type, which we use for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and manage our business relationship with you. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are stored in our own database and handled by authorised TEKKO staff. We use service providers for hosting, data storage and email delivery who process data on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to serve the purpose they were collected for and to meet legal obligations. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted by role and every administrative action is logged.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we process it, by emailing info@tekkoengineering.com. You may also contact Ghana's Data Protection Commission.
